This microbrewery stands on the banks of the River Teme at Knightwick in Worcestershire, and is surrounded by hopyards. Chris Gooch, the brewer, uses these local hops to fine effect. One speciality is Green Hop Beer, made in August when the freshly harvested hops are gathered and rushed straight to the copper. The brewery is in the outbuildings of the famous Talbot Inn.

Now relocated at Stoke Lacey in the former Symonds Cider Factory, Wye Valley Brewery under Peter Amor are becoming major players regionally.

Whittington Brewery was formed by Three Choirs Vineyard and shows similar attention to detail and clean fermentation as their wines.
