An award-winning organic wine made from a blend of Limnio, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Cabernet Franc. This is an excellent wine by anyone's standard and can be drunk accompanying any dish which needs a Bordeaux style red. A lovely aroma of berry fruits followed by rich fruit and a hint of oak, smooth, velvety finish.

A full-flavoured wine with a velvety aftertaste. This wine is made for roast Lamb. I know of no better wine with lamb.

It has black cherries, leather and cedar flavours and just a touch of extra acidity to counteract the fattiness of the meat. It is also very good with mature cheeses.
