 | Oliver's Bottle Conditioned Perry Medium -dry
Lovely clean medium dry sparkling perry with a fine mousse. Made by keeving the fermenting juice and bottling before the fermentation is complete, thus building up natural CO2 pressure in the bottle. There will be a small yeast deposit in the bottom of the bottle, so you should rest it before opening. Also available in medium-sweet. Please email for details.
