Ross-on-Wye Bottle Conditioned Cider
A smooth bottle-conditioned, medium-dry cider. The gentle effervescence is caused by adding a tiny amount of sugar to the cider before bottling. This causes a further fermentation to take place in the bottle and thus to make bubbles. 50cl glass with crown cap, 6.5% alxohol by volume
